What is the time commitment?
The System & Soul journey begins with a full-day launch session, followed by two full-day sessions around days 30 and 31 to get your team up to speed and confident. After that, we will meet for ongoing quarterly coaching sessions plus annual 2-day "refuel" meetings. Your team will absorb the System & Soul framework into your everyday operations to build a healthy, aligned, and effective organization.
