Meet Organizational Health Coach: Will Spokes, MBA, MDiv

With 20 years of pastoral ministry experience and a professional executive coaching business, I help ministry and non-profit leaders like you address both the spiritual and operational challenges of building and leading a healthy organization that remains true to its identity and mission.

When we work together, you'll benefit from an approach that integrates spiritual discernment with proven business principles. I partner with churches, non-profits, and faith-based organizations to help you create sustainable, mission-driven impact while maintaining your spiritual foundations.

With degrees from Duke University (BA), Westminster Theological Seminary (M.Div.), and the University of Michigan (MBA), plus professional coaching certifications, I offer you a unique combination of theological depth and practical business expertise. I'm available for organizational consulting, leadership coaching, and speaking engagements at conferences and retreats.

Additionally, I coach midlifers through midlife drift to help them evoke excellence in themselves, their relationships, and their work.

I live in Durham, North Carolina, with my family and two dogs. Outside of my work as a speaker and coach, I love to fit my Ironman training in between spending time with my wife, my boys, and cheering on my beloved Michigan Wolverines and Duke Blue Devils.
